Organisational Structure

Organisational structure 
  To run a business perfectly you will have to follow the organisational structure. This lowers the stress of a business that it have to face. There are three organisational structures, hierarchical, flat and matrix structures.

Hierarchical structure 
   In hierarchical organisation the employees are ranked at a level in the organisation. These levels and above another. At each stage one person has a number of employees under his orders. A tall hierarchical organisations have many numbers of levels. Advantages are, there a many changes getting promotions to workers, and etc. The disadvantages are, Communication barriers, if a worker wants to communicate with the manager they need to take a long way.
  

  Flat Structure
   Flat organisational structures will only have a few layer or just one controlling the others. The chain of command from top to the bottom is short and the span of control is wide. Span of control is the number of employees that a manager is responsible for. There are many advantages and disavantages. An advantage, less costly becouse there are only few managers, It creates a few levels that needed to be cared of, Faster and clear comunication between the workers and the managers. Disadvantages are, the changers of get uncontrol is more becouse ther are many workers under one manager, and the disicipline on the organisation may be bad due to uncontrol of the business.

   Matrix Structure 
     A Matrix structure organisation contains teams of people created from various sections of the business. these tams will be created for the purpose of a specific project and will be led by a project manager. often the team will only exist for the duration of the project and matrix structures are usually deployed to develop new products and services. The advantages area, greater motivation amoungest the team members, and etc. The disadvantages are, difficult to coordinate, team leaders may neglect their functional responsibilities and etc.
